"As we seek the Lord's help and in His strength, we can gradually reduce the disparity between what we say and what we do, between expressing love and consistently showing it, and between bearing testimony and steadfastly living it. We can become more diligent and concerned at home as we are more faithful in learning, living, and loving the restored gospel of Jesus Christ." David A. Bednar

I did it!
I did a whole month working out 6 days a week. I was very happy to see the scale dip finally. I was not going to be impressed if it did not start to come down. I know weight is not what matters and that the inches should tell all. My clothes are baggy and I feel so much better. It's just nice to see that number starting to slide down. I am now committed to Month 2. Work it Girl.

A pair of Jeans
You know that pair of jeans that has been tight for over the last ohh...I don't know...year! Well I put them on today and thought hmmm...they aren't as snug as they used to be. Then I went out to do some errands and every time I got out of the van...I pulled them up so they didn't feel like they were going to fall off. Then it hit me...I might need a belt. I think that's a good thing!

Week 2 Completed
Well I did it. I pushed through and got week 2 done. I did six days this week. There was one day I was sorely tempted to not do it. I pushed it off and finally got up and did it at like 9pm. I did the biggest loser workouts which have discovered muscles I never thought I had. I gained a pound but I hope it is from muscle and near that time of the month. I do confess to eating nobakes this week. Yes, it was not my proudest moment, but I have the munchie craving more now that I am working out so much. I hope to better control that once I have completed week 4 of the six day a week challenge. I hope to be in a habit by then.
I also read a book this week. Yes, me. That was the day I nearly did not exercise. I was needing a break from everything so I read a book. It was a great book and I highly recommend it if you like regency romance books. Sarh M. Eden is the author and she is LDS so the book is clean which is nice. The book is called The Kiss by a Stranger.
Catherine is a niece of a very brutal Uncle who beats her. She is penniless and her dress is the only one her uncle will allow her to have. Lord Crispin is evading a devious girl who is seeking him as a husband. To prove a point that he has no interest in the this girl he grabs a stunned Catherine and kisses her soundly in the garden at an inn. Before both realize what has happened, the Uncle demands Crispin marry Catherine. Crispin does so hoping to anul the marriage. Through the first few weeks of marriage both Catherine and Crispin start to know each other better. They discover many truths about each other. Their marriage is threatened from not only society but family. They find through all it's challenges that there may be a glimmer of happiness for them both.
